European Vacation- Avignon

After leaving Milan, we stopped in Avignon, France for one short night.  Unfortunately, I neglected to get many pictures in Avignon since we were there for so little time, but I'll include the few I do have (and a few others I found).  In Avignon, we did some more shopping, went to the outdoor market, and saw the Pope's Palace.  Avignon was small, quaint, and beautiful.   I'm sure we missed much of what the city has to offer, but we honestly had our sights set on our last stop- Barcelona!  Here is a preview of what Avignon has to offer...
